More Than a Brand
A Mother's Journey
A Mother's Promise
YUKA was not created from a business idea. It was born from a mother's determination to give her child the very best chance at life.
A Life-Changing Moment
Several years ago, our elder son was diagnosed with ADHD and Mild Autism at the age of four. Like every parent, we were filled with uncertainty, fear, and countless questions. But we made one promise— we would never stop searching for ways to help him.
Seeking Guidance
We sought help from developmental specialists, doctors, occupational therapists, speech therapists, behavioural therapists, teachers, and swimming coaches. Each one became an important part of our journey.
Food Is Medicine
During this journey, our family embraced the ancient Indian philosophy: "Unave Marunthu" — Food is Medicine. While food is never a replacement for therapy, we learned that wholesome nutrition supports a healthy lifestyle.
Choosing Family First
As a mother, I resigned from my career to dedicate my life completely to my son's development, education, health, and confidence.
Consistency Changed Everything
Therapy. Swimming. Healthy routines. Traditional food. Physical activity. Patience. Every small effort repeated every day slowly created meaningful progress.
Traditional Nutrition Became Our Lifestyle
Traditional grains, millets, pulses, multigrain atta, dry dates powder, palm candy, turmeric, and natural ingredients became part of our family's daily meals. Many of those same recipes later inspired YUKA.
Our Greatest Reward
Today our son studies in a regular CBSE school. He enjoys swimming, plays confidently with other children, and continues to inspire us every day. For us, success is simply seeing him smile.
The Birth of YUKA
Everything we prepared for our own family became the inspiration behind YUKA. Before launching any product, we ask ourselves one simple question:
